The Benefits of Having a Good Email Marketing Program (native american history)

By Garrett36 Pierson36

One of the most important marketing techniques online businesses should employ is email marketing. Email marketing is simply sending a select number of people newsletters containing updates about your business, such as new products or recent bargains. This is essential if you want to make a mark in the e-commerce world. It is one of the best ways to establish a loyal following. There are many benefits in having email marketing program for your online business. Not only will you get more customers, you also increase the chances of return buys from old customers. With a proper email marketing program, you can establish your online business firmly.

One of the top benefits of having a good email marketing program is that people will know your business better. A customer might visit your site once or twice, but sometimes, site visitations aren’t enough to familiarize them with what you really do. An email marketing program will clearly establish your line of work to your customers. The emails you will send out contain pertinent information about your company. This will make your customers more familiar with you, thus establishing trust. This is something that is important in online business. Since there is no real physical contact between you and your customers, it is best to reach out to them as much as you can.

Another benefit you get from email marketing is effective information dissemination. In order for you business to run smoothly, you have to make yourself appealing to others. You can do this by offering promotions or giving customers limited offers and bargain. Of course, these are useless if people don’t know about them. That’s why email marketing is important. You can include your special promotions on the email marketing newsletters you send out. This way, more people hear about your offers. Your sales and marketing techniques will be more successful if you pair them with email marketing.

One other benefit of a good email marketing program is that you get to remind people of your company’s existence. People forget easily and that is a reality. But with the help of email marketing, you can remind those old visitors that you still exist. This makes it possible for you to be a constant option for them. When the time comes that they need to buy something that is available in your online shop, at least they know that they can come running to you. This also increases the chance of return purchases because you constantly remind your old customers of your existence. Name recall is an important game you should always play, especially when it comes to online business.

As you can see, a good email marketing program for your online business is important. Not only do you do your own business well but you also serve your former and prospective customers better. If you want to improve your online business, employ a good email marketing program.

Top 25 Collections Agency Hot Spots
Texas is now debt collections mecca

By Joseph Mas

The large amount of debt collectors and collection specialists that submit resumes daily and the number of employers looking for these debt collections specialists give ProCollectionJobs.com access to statistics that are not readily available to other job boards or even niche websites in the Collections Industry. These statistics are compiled regularly so management can focus on career services that meet the need of both employers and job seekers in a highly targeted margin. Recently, these career statistics for debt collections have shown a slight change in the top ten states in the industry.

New York has been the leader in the amount of collections firms and job seekers for over the last year. However, in June 2010 the data analysis shows Texas has moved to the top spot climbing to 12.57% from 10.11%. The Department of Labor reports that unemployment rate in both Texas and New York are the same at 82.% and have both dropped slightly. Texas has improved much more in the Financial arena than New York recently. That means with the flood of new debt coming onto the market that Financial companies in Texas seem to be getting more business, therefor they are hiring more employees.

These figures do not take into account large banks such as Bank Of America and a few others. However, these companies are flooding the debt market with massive amounts of debt for sale. This flood of debt in turn drives up the need for collections specialists and recently we have seen a huge need for skip tracers with some companies looking to hire as many as 500+ skip tracing and people research specialists in Texas. Clearly the mecca for debt collections is seeing a shift from New York to Texas. Is this just an anomaly in the data shown on the screen or is the trend going to take root? There is currently no way to tell for sure but all signs point to a real change in the market. Recent discussions with a few collection agency managers suggest that more efforts have been put in place to lower turnover. Lowering turnover could have part of this equation that has caused this shift but discussions with agency managers in both states lead to the conclusion that the companies in Texas are actually expanding because they are taking on new debt placements at a higher rate and not because of turnover.

Below is the list of the top 25 states hiring debt collectors or collections specialists as a percentage of debt collection companies hiring:

1) Texas - 12.57%

2) New York - 9.42%

3) California - 8.90%

4) Illinois - 5.76%

5) Minnesota - 5.24%

5 Facts You Must Know Before Creating Email Newsletters

By Garrett36 Pierson36

Effective email marketing calls for the use of email newsletters. HTML email newsletters are being used by several big companies for a direct follow-up marketing. However, there are important factors to consider before planning an actual HTML email newsletter.

Creating an HTML email newsletter is like building a website. It requires a plan. And before jumping into it, you must know some important facts about email marketing. Your email newsletters are not going to serve their function without the right elements and contents. To give you a guide and information, here are some facts which you need to know before creating an email newsletter.

1. Email marketing attains the best possible results with previous customers. Your email newsletter is likely to be read by your previous customer. This type of customers is interested in knowing about your products and services. Unlike with sending emails to unsuspecting individuals who are going to view your email as spam, an audience, who has already experienced the quality of your products and services, is going to be more concerned about what is happening in your company. This audience can boost your sales.

2. Your subject line affects your open rate. Coming up with a good subject line is often overlooked by internet marketers. They tend to perfect their content, but give a little attention to the subject line. This is the reason for low open rates for most email marketing campaigns. Internet marketers often forget that subject lines are what the recipients initially read. Be able to create a subject line which is short and simple, but guarantees an accurate and honest description of the content. You also need to stimulate the curiosity of your target audience.

3. Defining your objectives specifically can lead you to the correct email marketing strategies. If your goal is to increase your sales by 10%, then keep this goal in mind while creating your email newsletters. The same is true when you want to increase your website traffic or when you want to create a good customer relationship. With these goals in mind, you can make a benchmark for the effectiveness of your email marketing strategy. You can evaluate whether your strategy worked or not.

4. Images in your email newsletters are not necessarily viewed by your recipients. Web email providers nowadays are taking careful measures to avoid spam for their clients. Image blocking is added to their web mail attributes to address to spam problems. Images are not shown by default. The recipient has the decision to view an image or not. So, to make sure that your email serves its purpose, include plain texts in your message. Use plain text for important information such as your headline and links. You may also include a plain text version for your newsletter. And last but not the least, check your email before sending it to your target audience.

5. Use an email marketing software to help you manage sending emails to your audience. An email marketing software can provide you with reports regarding open rates, click rates, forwards, unsubscribing, and conversion rates. This can guide you to a better decision for your email marketing campaign.
